Our "FLY" system is fully automated and can run with minimal on-site labor. We use a static mixer which guarantees adequate mixtures prior to water leaving our unit. By doing this we prevent overtreating with oxidizers which will affect frac polymers. The "FLY" is capable of pumping different types of oxidizers to meet the needs of the client. Some of these include Hydrogen Peroxide, Peracetic Acid, and Bleach. From Scale inhibitors, quats, and corrosion inhibitors we can pump it all through the "FLY".
